1. Your account
You must create an account with accurate details to buy videos. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
2. Purchases and access
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream one video for as long as the service remains available. Access is granted only after we verify your payment with the payment provider.
3. Acceptable use
You may not download, record, re-upload, resell or share access to any video. Sharing account credentials or attempting to bypass playback protection may result in suspension without refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Malawian Kwacha and are set by us. Prices may change at any time, but never for a video you have already bought.
5. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Videos may be updated or withdrawn where necessary.
