Digital goods
Videos are digital products delivered instantly. Because access is granted immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable.
When we do refund
We refund in full if you were charged twice for the same video, if a payment succeeded but the video never unlocked and we cannot fix it, or if the video file is faulty and cannot be played.
How to request
Contact support within 7 days of the purchase with your transaction reference. We review every request and respond within one business day.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.
